CULTIVATORS

CULTIVATOR AK – 4.

Universal cultivators of the AK series have a large width of soil treatment; these cultivators are intended for resource-saving cultivation of the soil before sowing and after tillage, cropping and combing of weeds, as well as leveling and compacting the soil surface for sowing.

Cultivator of the AK series are used on all types of soil due to their versatility in the form of a lot adjustments of the cultivator and its attachments. The advantages of the AK series are the bypass cylinders and hydraulic regulation of the depth of processing; these features provide the adjustment with maximum accuracy without additional efforts.

Cultivators of the AK series are equipped with the cutting blade which provides an optimal cultivation of soils due to the best angle of attack (55°). This angle gives the best stability for the front and back parts of the unit.

The attachments, which have no analogues, constructively allow to perform the adjustment of the heights of rollers and comb independently of each other with a change in the angle of attack of the comb.

Additionally cultivators of the AK series can be used for incorporation of liquid fertilizers and herbicides into the soil.

HINGED ROTARY HARROW BRN – 6

BRN – 6 is intended for a total and interrow processing of any crops of cereals, soybeans, tilled crops, vegetables, etc at all types of soil. The use of this machinery provides mechanical control of the weeds in the phase of the thread, loosening of the soil crust and incorporation of fertilizers or herbicides into the soil.

The swinging tandem on the two bearing increases the working life of this unit and ensures the copying of the soil relief and equable depth of processing.

The higher the speed, the more loosened the soil. There are two modes of operation of the unit:

1. Mild: while working on vegetating plants the asterisks are bent in the direction of movement and provide an almost vertical penetration of the needle-tooth in the soil, which does not damage the plant.

2. Aggressive: if the disk is directed by bending of the needle against the course of movement, then the effect on the soil increases. This kind of work is suitable for processing stubble or other types of work on continuous and intensive tillage. The depth of processing is determined by the bypass cylinders and the hydraulic lock and allows precise adjustment.

Aeration by piercing the soil with a needle at a high speed is similar to a microexplosion. This effect of the microexplosive on the soil (besides loosening) promotes a sharp deleting of carbon dioxide accumulated there from the upper soil layer and its replacement with oxygen and nitrogen from the air, which significantly activates (accelerates) the soil biological processes and the accumulation (synthesis) of nitrogen and thereby leads to a sharp and the full development of cultivated plants (according to scientists, one pass of the needle harrow is commensurate with the introduction of 100 kg/ha of saltpeter into the soil).

HYDRAULIC HARROW BG-14

Hydraulic harrow BG-14 is intended for loosening the upper soil layer, leveling the field surface, destroying the soil crust, crumbling lumps, destroying and deleting weekly weeded weeds on cereals and technical plant, incorporating seeds and fertilizers into the soil.

The harrow provides the work with soil moisture from 13 to 27%. On the field, stubble resides (scattered crushed straw of cereals and high-growth crops) are allowed.

HYDRAULIC HARROW ZPB-14

Hydraulic harrow BG-14 is intended for loosening the upper soil layer, leveling the field surface. It can be used both on the plowed fields and on sowings of various crops.

On sowings its function consists of destruction of the surface crust of the soil and destruction of weeds in the initial stage.

Thanks to the adjustment of the hinged frames, it is possible to vary the angle of attack and the depth of soil treatment, as well as the ratio of the hinged frames to the soil, regardless of the position of the frame due to the large adjustment range on the mounting brackets.

Hydraulic harrow BG-19 is intended for loosening the upper soil layer, leveling the field surface, destroying the soil crust, crumbling lumps, destroying and deleting weakly weeded weeds on cereals and technical plant, incorporating seeds and fertilizers into the soil.

TRAILED MULCHER

PT – 6

Trailed mulcher PT-6 is intended for crushing of stubble & corn residues, partial mulching of soil crust and partial leveling of tilled field.
Trailed mulcher ensures the high-quality work with soil moisture from 12 to 25%.

Grinding of plant residues and partial mulching of soil inhibits the evaporation of moisture, regulates the temperature of the surface layer, restrains the growth of weeds, protects against weathering, enriches the soil with organic.
